Pasta Market was born from Maurizio’s vision. Originally from Naples, he grew up surrounded by family kitchens and the warmth of Italian hospitality. In Miami, that heritage inspires a place where authenticity and simplicity meet.
The care behind each dish
On its website, Pasta Market describes a kitchen built around handmade pasta, carefully selected ingredients from Italy and dishes prepared by Italian chefs. Traditional recipes meet a modern touch: a way of sharing Italian flavours through food made with care.
